The Aurex Constructors graduate programme has allowed me to gain hands-on experience in the industry and provided me with insight into what it really takes to be a mechanical engineer in this field. We were given the opportunity to attend client meetings, workshops, and learnt how to communicate in a professional environment. One of the most important lessons learnt was around time management, especially where shutdowns are concerned. It gave us insight into the impact that different actions and teamwork have on a project.
